Stihl MS271 Cylinder and Piston Kit, looking for source

No 261 parts are used on a 271. Farm saw compared to pro saw.
Please for get about aftermarket parts. You will be building a saw with more potential issues.
Jump and a good used OEM or get a new P&C.

Surprised someone with the name Stihltech said this. I rebuild a lot of 261/271/291s for local volunteer groups. There are LOTS of interchangeable parts.

I say that attempt is not recommended. See Poleman's post #15.

Does anybody read previous posts. The saws are completely different. The do not interchange!!!!!!!
