Great start to a rebuilder. No promises but I think the cylinder can be salvaged and used. I peeked in through exhaust port and noticed some scoring on the top right of the piston. Turns over fine and has compression. Missing mostly smalls. Most noticeable brake flag, throttle linkage, bar plate, clutch drum and some screws. Look at the pictures.
