Stihl NS311 vac leak

[67L36Driver]

Got this 311 that runs away with the throttle barely cracked.

At first I figured it was maybe crank seals. The bearings feel tight/no felt play.

I look closer and see glued on transfer covers(?). [emoji19] No visible screws.

Are these known to leak?

The saw had been ‘treed’ (something fell on it) at one time.

Look at the intake boot, it may have ripped or pulled out of it's clamp.
