Good day all

Can anyone tell me the real differences in the WJ-65 vrs WJ67 carbs in relation to Stihl saws..

Basically will both work on the MS660 ?? That plus exactly what was the change in carb??

Thanks

These carbs have a different fixed jet inside.

WJ-65 has the 0.66 fixed jet and the
WJ-67 has the 0.64 fixed jet inside

The WJ-67 carb was also used on the MS 660 and I think the other one will also work. The high speed screw is also a different one on the WJ-65 as on the WJ-67.

Thx just trying / wishing to know exactly what changed from more then several carbs.. As for these and MS660 / 660

WJ-65 to 67 the fixed jet changed from .66 to .64
WJ-67 to WJ69 has limiter caps and isn't stock fixed jet .62?? / high speed fixed jet?? ( is that the same thing )

So what is up with the WJ-76 on a MS660??

The WJ-76 carb on the MS 660 was used for the MS 660 Magnum version (in Brasil) with a fixed jet of .74mm. The size of the jets went slowly down because of EPA regulations, therefore the jetting was made leaner with smaller fixed jets.

Yes, the WJ-69 has limiter caps and the previous WJ-67 has no limiter caps, also because of the EPA.
