if your talkin wood furnace, then yes... my hotlbast 1557 has a shaker grate/ash pan however it is a multi-fuel furnace.. as far as regular wood stoves go I'm not sure..
Both freestanding Shenandoah freestanding stoves have shaker grates and ash pans but I don't think they're EPA approved.
EDIT whoops just noticed palmrose2 links. Anyway we've used both of those stoves since the early 80's...not at once. They were good burners imo..kind of ugly though.
Over the years of slow and steady improvement of this farmhouse dump it finally reached critical mass and the little lady decided the Shenandoah was no longer good enough.
I was broken heated, but that was that as the word was given.
EPA stoves don't have shakers because they don't need them. So little ash is left at the end of the day/week that it's almost a non-issue. This was one of the biggest surprises to me when we upgraded to a EPA model stove.
