Stuck muffler bolt on 550xp

So I've been trying to do a muffler mod on my 550xp but can't get one of the bottom muffler bolts loose. I've broken the tip off a t25 screwdriver, tried a hand held 18v impact driver and even got it hot by running it for 10 minutes and can't get the damn thing to budge. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Start and run the saw to heat up the cylinder, muffler, bolt. Once heated up, shut it off and tackle the stubborn bolt.

It’s a t27. Like mentioned, cut some wood until it’s good and hit. Bolt will spin right out

Lol. It's a flat screwdriver head now. Spun out the inside torx pattern (obviously from using a t25 instead of a t27) and used a dremel to cut a groove in the top that a flat screwdriver will fit into. I ran it a while but not in wood and probably didn't get it hot enough. I tell ya, I can make something simple incredibly hard as well as anybody...

At this point either use a bolt extractor or just cut or drill the head off since you’re gonna need a new bolt anyways
