Recently we had a 125 Ft. poplar cut down, and the suckers (as they are called) are growing faster than fire. Is there a way to kill the stump so the suckers won't grow. We have tried stump rot, but it doesn't seem to be working.

If layn damage is a concern with the roundup, you can apply it with a paint brush.
