American Sawmill Machinery Company, Model 1 with Minneapolis Moline power unit model GEU. The track is 3 pieces a total of 40 feet long when assembled. There are two 10-foot pieces of track at the beginning and end and one 20-foot piece of track in the middle that the carriage rolls on. The log carriage is 12 feet long. The tracks and carriage are about 5 feet wide. They are bolted together, so to move you would have to unbolt them. There is also a control piece about 6 x 8 feet that controls the belts that move the carriage. These would have to be unbolted and lifted onto a trailer to move.
This beast was running 20 years ago, and we have not run it since. It started on gas and switched to kerosene. I caught slabs off this unit. Has the track, carriage, belt control section and power unit. It is missing the circular blade and blade shaft also the log dogs are missing on the carriage. The make and model are the American Sawmill Machinery Company, Model 1.
