throttle cable for 1995 husky 3120

ok I matched the two cables up they are Identical. I put the new one in the same way it came out. what is supposed to hold cable sheath in place at trigger assembley? any diagrams would help. thanks

There should be a plastic gromit or just run it with no place holder. I have a 142 with out one, it runs fine.

I use a small zip tie to hold that end on mine.
