This forum is about trees. Arborists are people that wok in trees and care for trees. This part of the forum is for people wanting to learn the basics about climbing and caring for trees.
I think you will have better luck on a forum aimed towards gardens.
Hopefully this will be the first response as I'm pretty sure the others won't be very nice at all.

This thread probably does belong in off topic. Soft rotten bottom of the tomatoes is blossom end rot caused by lack of lime/calcium. The lack of proper nutrients causes a weak spot and it lets disease/rot in. Transplant them put the lime to them and dust them with sevin for bugs.
