Tree of Heaven, Ailanthus. Introduced to this country over 200 years ago. It was used as secondary wood in furniture. Most consider it to be a weed tree but I've found it to be decent firewood. The growth rings are very wide - some 1/2".
If you want to get rid of it, don't just cut it down. It will spread everywhere through the roots.
