Tree that smells like grapes

We bought our house in August of last year and this spring our trees bore
white flowers and they have a smell like grapes.
Could you please tell me what kind of trees these are?

I don't know what grapes smell like. I also don't know what area of the country (climate zone) you are in. But I can tell you that here in Florida we have Magnolia trees with huge white flowers, and they have a pleasant smell. The largest one I have seen had over 4' diameter trunk and was over 60' tall. It made the whole neighborhood smell great in the spring when it bloomed.
