tri-colored Beech Problem

We bought a Tri Colored Beech Tree several month ago. The Tree colors are
fading & my son said it has a fungus. He noticed a small green Thread like
growth on the leaves. Is there anything we can put on the tree to save it?
Please let me know the name of the product & where to buy the product.

Cant realy advise something like that without looking. Contact a local arborist who diagnoses tree problems.
