Get it on sale and stock up.

Been running the crap out of it for the last year and it's as good as any decent Bar oil ever made, and better than some.

Cut it with Hydro or diesel when it gets below 15-20 degrees, or just mix it with winter weight.

Stay safe!

It hasn't been much below 15 degrees here but once or twice in four years :)

I had been running Poulan oil, but my supply ran out. I had cleaned out a local do it yourself center when they closed up and had it marked at $.99 a gallon. Got some funny looks as I wheeled the shopping cart full of the stuff to the register.

Been using the TSC stuff ever since. I just wait until it comes on sale for $6.00 a jug and stock up what I think I will need for 6 months.

That's funny,I caught a 4.99$ sale on TSC bar oil not too long ago and grabbed twelve. The guy in front of me at the register looks at my cart and says "Dang,I'd HATE to need that much bar oil!"

I told him it was his loss......:)

I buy it all the time when it's on sale. I even get it when I don't need it and stock up for hard times. Never had a problem with it. I keep 10 or 15 gallons here all the time. The manager chick here said I can get it cheaper if I buy a whole pallet but don't think I need that much at one time.

Run it, no problems whatsoever. When it's cold and it loads like snot, make sure you warm the saw up before you cut. Get some heat in the crankcase and that oil will loosen up fine. I've never had a problem cutting right down to 10 degrees.
