Two months of RAIN = Zero Firewood!

That sounds miserable, especially since it's almost burn time! Luckily we can cut year round out here, cut when the snow melts.
 
I've got two to three more weeks before I will start my stove up for the season. I've got about 3 1/2 cords which should get me through the season.

I've never had such a late start to firewood cutting! I am at least half way done by now. I guess that both of my days off are going toward firewood cutting! Going into Nov. the ground freezes up and the snow moves in! At least it will be good cutting temps in the 20's to low 30's! Nice tee shirt weather! LOL Yaa, Really!!

I hear you!! Here in Northcentral PA we had a soggy spring and now the fall is just as bad. I am so sick of mud. Besides firewood to cut I got potatoes that need to come out. I have never seen weather like this year.
