Up a Tree

Ebay auctions are really getting weird. Some aborist left a saw hanging in the tree & the homeowner is trying to sell it right out of the tree!

im betting a heart attack,and the guy left to get help and never got thru it.
of course the other possibility is
he got drunk on the job,and couldnt remember where he left his saw when he sobered up. if he sobered up.hope its the latter ,i guess.

I was curious so I e-mailed the seller. He wrote me that he hired the guy to trim the tree, the guy sees a small garter snake in the tree, cuts the snake with the saw as well as his own safety line.
Another tree broke his fall but he still ended up in the hospital for
a week and the Einstein is now trying to sue the homeowner.
