Va. Beach area Arborists?

I've got a guy out in Va beach getting hassled by the city for some "hazard" trees He's looking for a tree service...

I told him to ask the city to have their arborist come out and justify his citation...and to check his plat maps...but he'll need someone to do the work if it turns out he's got to cut them out..

your friend needs a consultant who may suggest mitigation instead of removal, and save him money.
