It's grungy lookin and been sitting for months since it ran.... I can throw a kit in it for $20 more if it makes y'all feel better.

I can never seemingly put even a good used carb on a saw and have it work without a good Washin' and a kit.

I run non ethanol fuel even....

I guess the gaskets /diaphraghms are already old to start with and sitting up lets them dry out.
