just rebuilt an EZA and upon disassembling the carb (HDC-1) the metering lever separated from the circuit plate. any of you had any success reassembling the lever? can't set the lever correctly and it tends to flood badly.

That post that holds it is pressed in. I'm guessing corrosion allowed it to break free, and if that's the case it's game over on this carb.
