Wanted: Stihl 038 Magnum

Good Day to Everyone,

I am looking to buy a nice, like new W. Germany manufactured Stihl 038 Magnum or Magnum II to add to my saw collection. I tried ebay but no luck, I was outbid on a nice looking W. Germany 038 Magnum yesteday. I do have a Brazil manufactured 038 magnum in my collection already, so I don't really need another Brazil unit.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I just got a 038 Mag from Tom off of this site about a month ago. He rebuilds them from parts or gets running saws, replaces the seals, and tunes them up. He told me that he had several 038 Mags when he did mine. I just love the saw he built for me. I cannot tell you if all of the saws parts are West German made but the cover says W. Germany on it. If you ask he could probably do you a good one.
