This weekend I did some rec tree climbing, then trimmed my neighbor's old apple tree. Took out a bunch of dead wood and crossing limbs. While climbing and trimming, I found that in certain situations the leg straps of my Weaver saddle would ride down my thighs almost to my knees. I see many new saddles have straps from the rear belt to the rear portion of the leg strap to prevent this. Any suggestions how to fix the problem without buying a new saddle?
BTW, two hours of tree climbing and trimming makes me wonder how the pros do it all day. Baby, am I sore today. Everything hurts. Did I mention I turn 55 in July? Could that be the problem?
