Weeping Mulberry

I have a Weeping mulberry that appears to have a disease but I am unsure. The leaves are developing fine as the emerge from the branch, however as they grow, small 1/4" diameter brown spots appear all over the leaf and the leaf eventually turns yellow and falls off. Please help.

There are a number of leafspot problems with mulberry.

Could alos be a watering problem, they drop their leaves pretty fast durring dry spells. It is very difficult to over water mullberry.
