Great saw IMO. A little heavier than a 440 but also a little cheaper

with the cash back and if they are half as good as you say you should be able to get a 441 460 for about $1300 to $1400 if you are going to be cutting dry gum you ain't gunna like the crap air filtration the 381 has got

I don't cut much dry most of what I cut is green

Would the 381 be a strato saw like the 441, 201, 261, etc.... I thought the 1 designated it being a strato (at least here in the USA)

This isnt completely true as the MS 361 isnt strato.
