I don't care what you call it, it's staying on the saw. That thing has some monster compression and it kicked back on me once already.
If you think it has compression now, try putting a NovaII eletronic ignition in it. I've got 2 1050's and they used to snatch your fingers off when they kicked back, now they just rip your forarm off at the elbow. I think the NovaII changes the timing a little. When I get the P/C in the one I'm rebuilding it's getting good old fashioned points, Joe.
