Five of our very large and full white pines were damaged in the 80mph wind storm. Four were broken off at varying heights, one had a large limb split off leaving a very large wound. We have trimmed off the splintered parts as much as possible from all but the tallest which we can't reach ourselves. The trees are worth saving for the lower branches alone if they can possibly make it. Any advice would be appreciated.
