Just wondering, I have a saw project coming up that needs a carb.

So which is best and why, it is going on a 80cc saw BTW

I'll have to look at work - we buy them from a distribuator.

I just find they are better made, idle better and almost never give any problems. On the other hand, the 038 Tillotson works well - just need more futzing to get right and often run "rich" at the low end.

ZAMAAAAAAA?

Two new carbs in my 200t´s in one year. New joint kit, ultrasonic cleaning, air cleaning, etc... And nothing. I hate Zama. Bing are probably the best, and of course, Walbro. No problems whit these.

bestest

Overall, I think Walbro is the most reliable and rebuildable. The bing is the answer on an 038, just too darn expensive.

Lakeside, let me know about those kits.

Zama. Well, the first ones sucked. The balanced idle ones suck.
The larger models I have pretty good luck with.
