Will a jug and piston from a newer Dolmar 6401 fit on an old Sachs Dolmar 117?

Thanks All! I just got a new crank case from e-bay, studs are pulled out of mine. I think I will look for a new top end. Will a 120 jug fit? Can I use the crank and rod with the 117 of a 120 jug and piston? :confused2:
