I've been replacing with anderson 200 series over half way done with the house.....they are not as air tight as I would hope, they seem drafty to me. I also notice more condensation on them than I would like. Is this normal? On cold nights, in the morning there is a line of condensation along the bottom of the window glass.

some condensation can be normal. Really you have to look at how humid your house is. Do you have shades down becuase that traps air and lets the window cool down more as its not getting heat from new air keeping it warm. Now if you are getting an oval like shape that can be the panes to close togther.

here is some links they have on their site about condenation.
this one a pdf.

Really after the way they were so easy to work with I would call them up if you think its out of the ordinary.

Now as for drafting. I have the windows that crank in and have no draft problem from them at all. Now before I went and filled the gap between the window and the structure with expanding foam, I did have some air infiltration there.
