My moms boyfreind gave me his dads old saws a while back. Figured why not see what i can do now that work is slowing down. his dad died about 12 years back and the saws havnt run since then.
Homelite XL 2 Auto date scribed in bottom 1980 by his dad dont know if that is when it was new or what
It runs fine except i need a new pull start assembly *hint hint*
This saw i have no idea except for it is a Homelite 550
If you could help me with what parts im missing and maybe where to find them would be greatlly appreciated.
Im sure with the parts it needs it will run all the other tools at his house are in great shape and the other saw fired right up with fresh gas.
Any specs on either of the saws would be great or links to good info.
