If I say I use my grass trimmer to clear weeds from around trees before I cut them is that close enough????
:D
I know this goes on OT but it is too weird over there.
I have a sm2100 echo trimmer that occasionally won't start.
I can clean the plug and crank on it etc. til Im blue in the face, but it won't hit a lick.
I accidentally discovered if I take the muffler off it will start right up.
This happens about every two weeks. The rest of the time it starts right up.
I thought the muffler deal was just a coincidence one time, but it cures it every time. WHY?
I guess I could just disassemble the thing every time but surely there is a solution. BTW once I get it started it starts fine the rest of the day.
Thanks
Dan

Surely someone here can modify a muffler for this fine fellow.
We could have timed weed whacking competitions, etc......
I can introduce my "Fisherized" Featherlite Plus to the sporting
press.

I have seen ones that were powered by a 07 or 08 but never a 056. That would be one heck of a powerhouse but heavy as an anchor.
