I find most "vintage "saws vary from free to $50... but there are few exceptions!

Ditto. Although, I don't see hardly any Strunks so this may be an exception. If it ran it definitely might be.

Nice paperweight, if you can get it running you never know it seems to be a rarer saw, there might be a collector out there would might want it.

Considering how hard it will be to find the missing parts.... less than $10... or free... with recipient paying shipping. Nice tank decal... good enough to make new ones from... An excellent parts saw for someone who already has one to restore, in which case it's worth $35-50... See similar Strunks on eBay about six times a year... JMO

Is it easy to explain how to make new decals by using the old one as a template?

You can make a reasonable facimile using a scaled photo, a scanner, ink jet printer and some decent photo-editing software. But for an exact original-quality replica, you will need to use a little higher-quality adhesive-coated stock and maybe either offset or screen-printing.

{My, my... that sentence has a lot of hyphenated words in it!!}
