Yesterdays stump!

Just had to take a picture before grinding this stump. The owner admitted he had put down "some" hours of labour and filed up a couple of chains a "few" times. Must have cost him more pride than money to call for help

Fly they did! But the lawn was big, so it wasnt really a problem. And I was safe and sound behind the shield of the grinder.

What's going on in that pic? That looks like a removed stump on the right but I see a grinder wheel on the left?

I had a customer (80+ yr old lady) who removed her stump with nothing but a hatchet because she didn't want to pay to have it ground. Took her all summer but she did it!
