Zama carb issue

The lines connecting the Zama carb to the fuel tank on my Homelite weedwhacker failed. Now I don't know which line needs the weighted filter on the end and how long the other line should be. :help:

Looking at the first picture which shows the lines. Line on the left, coming out of the plastic housing w/ the primer bulb is your return line, the other line is your feed which gets the filter. As far as length for the return line, it just needs to be long enough so it wont pop back out, i usually leave at least 3/4'' inside the tank.

Say, is the 350 in reference to a saw or a small block Chevy?
