those things got some crazy thick rings!
MS200 cylinders generally clean up fine,, work on the cylinder, put a new piston in it, vac and pressure test and then tach it and all will be good!
What compression reading do you think I will get if i clean that cyl and put a new piston in?
150-160 going up to 170 after a few tanks. If you drop the base gasket, you may see 200 if you are lucky. A lot depends on what type of gauge you test on, these are from a tested with a Schrader in the tip of the tester hose.

Unc , post 13 is the guy Dave I told you that can get you the brake handle part you need.
Brake handle repairs are almost as much fun as rebuilding a 200t !!!!

As far as I am concerned he is the best I have ever encountered. Seriously!
Got the saw back today. Fueled it up (made sure it was a good mix this time, 40:1), and put her through some wood.
