Yeah you'll be grinning for weeks after you get it back. You'll have to send the 660 to him next so you won't sell it after you get the 7900 back.

I have ported all the others myself with good results so if I keep the 660 I will probably port it myself. I had been entertaining the idea of getting rid of it though. I just don't really need it as the biggest bar I can see running is a 32". IDK just have to see what happens.

Naa,

Just go ahead and sell it.
There are LOTS of folks out there begging to pay good money for an inferior saw!!!:hmm3grin2orange:

Where does the 7300 fall on your power to weight list ST. ???

Mike

I believe it beats both the 440 and the 372 on that "list" (that doen't exist). It has the highest power rating, but also the highest weight. Then there are the other considerations......:givebeer:

I'm getting ready to have my 660 ported. I will be sending it to Canada next weekend. Was told to expect a 50-75% power increase. So I guess I'll have a 660 with 10.5-12hp!

I must insist that you make some videos of it cutting when you get it back!

If you were referring to me, I definetly will. I will have to try to use this digital camera I have. It makes a decent vid. I think it'll have an 8 pin rim on it. Timberwolf is doing it.

Mcdavlee is supposed to come wack on some big lumber with me when I get it back so we will prolly churn up a few good vids.

I was supposed to send it this weekend but the funds went low this week. Too many early outs for rain.

Yeah hopefully we can get together and atleast cut some cookies with your 660 and my 390xp. I've got a video camera and a canon slr that takes HD video.

I'm going to try to get us a good size Oak log. And something like cherry. Then something softer like a big Poplar, so we can get some wicked speed.

Did somebody say Bristol? Getting to a race there is definitely on my bucket list!

Dang right buddy! I hit the bristol race alot. I see you pull for the same driver I do. Kenseth is tha man! I started pulling for him back when he only ran Busch (nationwide). He drove a 17 then too, and made a comeback to beat Harvick when he only drove Busch. I have pulled for him ever since. That was years ago. Maybe 2000 or 2001. The Bristol race is so loud that earplugs won't even help. It looks so much faster in real life than on the tube. Lots of wrecks too.

I can be at the track in 40 minutes.

There were a lot of Bristol tickets for sale in the trading post/paper this spring. I guess a lot of people that have them sold them to help there bank account instead of going to the race.

I've got a 9 pin and a 20" b/c square ground for playing. All my chains for the 32" rw are square ground in .063. I've got some full comp 32" round in .050 for the stihl es bar.

Cool!! Very glad to be in the company of another Kenseth fan!! Maybe we could have a mini-GTG and go to the race?

Not too optimistic for this weekend but then I feel good about the rest of the year. It looks like RFR is finally getting their act together, just in time to do well in the Chase!!

They have a KILLER dragstrip in that complex.
Went to an awesome Mopar meet there a few years back!

Mike

Thunder Valley!!!

Yea, Bristol is all about loud. The strip is down between the mountains and it roars. They have street fights there on tues, and thurs. I used to run my 347 stroked Mustang there all the time. It was alot of fun to hit the strip. Felt like John Force, just alot slower. I could hit 10.70's with a 150 shot though.

Yea man, sounds like a great plan. the night race is awesome and I've only been once. It has been sold out every year for awhile.
I hope the Roush/Fenway team gets going good toward the end too. Like to see Kenseth bring home another Cup. He made the chase every year except last, as I'm sure you know. I think he was one spot out last year.
