Awwwwwwwwwww too funny, awesome. I'll quit with the music talk after this post, I know its a saw site but this is a good story.
Johnny Cash as everyone knows played Martin but not just any Martin, a jet black one he had custom made. When he requested the black guitar, CF Martin, the owner of Martin, denied it. He said no, he did not want black guitars made in his factory. He felt black was too radical. That said how in the hell did Cash wind up with his jet black Martin.
Seems the people at Martin hid the project from CF Martin. They would only pull out the project and work on it when CF Martin wasn't in the factory. Took months of working on it and hiding it to finally get it done.
They sent Cash his guitar. Now the good part. One night Cash went on the tonight show and played some music with guess what, that new black guitar. It gets better, guess who happened to turn on the TV that night and watch the tonight show, yup, CF Martin himself. He seen the black Martin guitar for the first time. After he found out someone asked him how he felt about it. All he had to say was it looked nice. Talk about getting the wool pulled over your eyes, wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The boy has been listening to Johnny Cash lately. Maybe there is hope for him yet!

Just recieved a book I ordered the other day, The Autobiography of Johnny Cash.
I've always admired Johnny's style of music. He's a great story teller. Talented man for sure!!!

Exactly the point, Mr. Redneck. The OP started a legitimate thread, and I don"t think anyone should highjack it to air thier personal feelings about another member. That person should start their own thread titled "Pile-on XXXX XXXXXXXX". BTW, my neck is redder than your neck, so there!

Can we pull this thread back in? Did the OP suggest that the 261 was no better than the 260 but come to find out he was comparing the 260 to the 260 pro? BTW I listen to Johnny Cash even though I'm a metal head, and our snow will be arriving Wednesday 10 to 12 inches but I have a 2 stroke snow blower to push around. And I have no Idea what that guy was trying to say to Brad either.
I thought it was pretty self-evident myself...guess I was wrong.

Jim, the OP ran a brand new 260 with a 261, same bar and chain and liked the 260 better. Another poster got the features of the 260 and 260 pro mixed up thinking he was talking about the 261 and tried to clarify that. But with all our BS'ing you might have missed it.
Ed, I got it, I knew where it was going and why, but it's just not worth it. Last time I did the same I got a "vacation", and proved nothing in the process. It will all unravel in due time on it's own.
