Hell, my newest saw (a MS201T) already looks old because of Hedge staining. I take care of my equipment because I don't like pissing investments away, BUT, they are tools and I use them as such. I like watching cookie racing, but I cut firewood... And pie.

Does anyone here throw saws down after they are polished or piss revved ,or do you set the saw down ever so gently after a polish or a cut to avoid any new blemishes ?
I set them dowm very gentle. Heck i even put a rag down in the case extra cushion so they dont scratch bottom of saw. Then i put one over top of it too. Guess im too protective of my babies.lol

Even cutting I set mine down as to not get it all screwed up. Took me alota money and time to get my saws right but im in no big hurry when I cut

Simple. Performance. Cutting speed and performance not to be confused with someone being in a hurry working in which im not. I like porting saws for performance, cutting firewood for family time and fun, shop time taking care of saws and that includes cleaning them to keep them new

That'll be $25. Of course in USD. None of that Looney Tunes Canuckistanian funny paper.
Ok it is manly enough. Well there was more to the job than 'heckling' me (for lack of a better word) you were doing that already for free. OK that's your que, now you find a better word and I throw you a Scooby snack.

I'm not sure I would classify our exchanges as "heckling", from either side. I prefer to think of our interactions as, "friendly exchanges of banter".

If Hedge is staining his underwear, we dont really need to know whether it gets washed it or not
:) ;)

I am having trouble keeping up here...
is it stained because the saw is so awesome he pooped the trou?
or
is it stained because the Hedge is so wicked scary?
or
is it stained because he is somehow chewing through the logs with his rectum?

I guess it is only wrong if somebody polishes the log on the jobsite

I heard he has some running SOB saws, and I also heard that he got a new file or two for an extra sporty edge on his chains .................
I think most everyone would stain their shorts if they ran his Mutt !
