Chain does not fit bar sprocket ... help

i opened up teh muffler on my 240,, its a little bigger than an xl, but it made teh saw run a lot better,, and cooler... do a search, you should find teh thread on it...[/QUOTE]
Thanks i'll search the thread, i've been searching for muff mod threads about these XL's but did not find any.
That's also the reason why i bought the saw, so i would have a cheaper saw for modding because my 290 still has it's warranty
