Just thought i'd post this..... BIN price was $675.....

More importantly, is there still any value left to be had out of the price? In all honestly, is there? Or would I be stupid to.......? I'm not putting down anyone that has bid on it, or the high bidder, or the seller. Just wanted to hear your views. I wouldn't mind getting it, but is it past the point of......?

That's way too rich for my blood (I will stick with used 610's and 10-10's), but that is one beautiful saw.

It's one of those things, I don't need, but it would be a novelty item if nothing else (just like the PM1000, a standby!).

I'd have a hard time justifying that much for any Mac, unless it was a near mint SP125, or something with a hot running kart engine.

I would not do it with out seeing it in person first. That being said I would rather spend $610.00 on that saw than any new saw that has a MSRP in the $650.00 range.

One thing i've noticed about them, they sure don't give you much of a fuel or oil reserve, do they?

I had one and it was minty. Sold it in the 400's on ebay. A very strong runner with that predictable mac grunt. One of the last good macs ever produced. I already posted about this one in the saw it on CL/ebay a few days ago.................

I would say somewhere between an 046 and an 066. They are very strong. I had an SP81E and have a 8500 now and they are very stout. 82cc's and strong for their size in my opinion.

I see that now, that's kind of strange, but maybe just a mistake.

I can't exactly remember, but I'm think it is like the current one. Mine was missing the bucking spike. I almost kept it and probably should have. It was a blast to run and the weight wasn't too bad IMO.

Like a double eagle 80 but with a low rise air cleaner and cover. Same 82cc motor.

personally, I'd go closer to 4 bills. I've had several NOS old macs, and sold a few. Its a neat item to have around. Girlfriends really dont care how it looks, they still dont like em on the TV set.

I know, but 4 days left, and it's almost at the BIN price!

That's 4 days of agony and sleepless nights.....

I'd throw a bid in, but i'd be worried it was a HUGE mistake!
