climbing gear

Hey yall. I am looking for some tree climbing gear. I have fell trees all my life but never used any climbing gear. Is there anything like a "starter kit" you can buy for beginners? Dont really know anything about climbing so looking for yall's advice. Tired of turning down jobs because they needed to be taken down limb by limb. So looking to start climbing. Is there any brands of equipment better than others for a reasonable price? Any brands to stay away from? Any help or advice would be much appreciated! thanks
