dolmar 7900 air filter and tensioner

when thinking about a dolmar 7900 some concerns were raised about air filtration and the chain tensioner.
i though maybe others were wondering about the 7900...
so heres a look at the parts in question. maybe it could be useful in a search later on.

I'm still trying to figure out how this tensioner is less reliable than a stihl would be. Some one said they didn't like the design. I think it looks better than the one on a 361. Now I need pics of that.

The tensioner is reliable, it's just not as easy or as smooth to use as the Stihls.

Paint the bar cover white and put a stihl decal on it and it will be the most durable one on the market!:monkey:

I never had an issue with the tensioner, just the air filter...:monkey:
