Hey Shel, will start mid next week on tailgate part...I have some good idea's how I want to build it, but hope it turns out ok when building.

What are you planning for the tailgate? Are you going to reinforce it at all?

That's not a particularly heavy load.

nice set up, i have a 94 F350 diesel and those things dont seem to settle much in the rear.

might want to take a look at the rear body mounts, the rear two look like they are sagging a little. they tend to do that since ford didnt add any for the weight of the crew cab vs standerd cab.
