Both saws turn over and look to be complete. Although the brace for the rear handle on the Clinton appears to have some issues. I think they would both run with a little work. The inside of the gas tank on the Clinton looks like brand new. The homelite tank is pretty nasty. The oilers on both saws work great. Not bad for $30 each delivered.
