how do i get pictures on this site

Wanted to send a few pics and am beaten please help me before i throw this pc out the window....

When you are making a post or reply, look down below the smileys to where it says 'Attach file'. Go to the right of that and click the box that says 'Browse'. Find and select the picture from your PC.

I do not understand your question. A picture does not 'show up' when you hit "submit reply".
If you are asking how long it takes for the reply to post, I have no idea. That is between your connection speed and the size of your reply/picture.

One other thing, they have to be of a certain size limit I can't remember the max.
