I'm in need of a pole saw (orange) . Any opinions on which one. There is a fixed shaft, a two piece shaft and a telescoping one. Maybe someone has some saw time on one.

Fixed shaft is more durable from the shaft point of view. Two piece next.
telescopic would be last- however the these are the reverse for reach. No matter how long the shaft. It’s always 6” too short.
but they only break when employees or friends and family borrow them.
rule #1 don’t lend pole saw.

The battery one. Motor on the end that has the bar and chain. I have the non extendable battery one which I shortened. Not sure how much less power there is in the extendable one with the longer wire coil inside the shaft. That is the only Husky one I have. My gasoline ones are Stihl. Husky seems to put the bar on the left.
