huztl 70cc saws G372xp

Was looking at these the other day and noticed the the advertised weight for the power head is 19.84 lbs is this a misprint..I hope.
The Blue G444 and the G388 come in at 17.63lbs .

Those are the bare power head specs from various sources that I see but my 365 clone is barely hits 19 lbs with a 24 inch bar.

Great thanks for your info I may end up buying one, orange or blue but the weights for the power heads just seem to be on the heavy side

That's definitely a purple blue. The blue one is a little lighter than the orange version, does yours run out good, it looks to be brand new to me ?

Hmmm...Looking at them this morning again. I see that the ones you own are the blue Stihl versions I still not able to decide between the orange G372xp , or the blue G444.
Well at least I have something to think about today . Appreciate your input.

Just the way that everything, always, turns into an oil thread.

All unmodified small 2 stroke engines built since 1990 will be just fine with 40-1, provided you're using the best oil from either Stihl or Husky.

Dang it, there I go. It is contagious.

I agree.. The last thing I want is another oil thread. I looking at buying one of them, and the recommended ratio was 25-1 which seemed strange. My intent is to use 40-1 and I'm was wondering if there is something different with main and rod bearing clearances that I'm not aware of on these Chinese saws.

I have a huztl 372 bb complete saw three year's now on 40/1 if anybody cares
I have built 6 365 complete saws into 372s
About three year's on those
Stiil running great plenty of oil in the bottom ends.
I've run 40/1 since the 80s
I only have about 30 sawsred armor ftw

Now this is nice to know, Thankyou. I was leery of making a purchase if a 25-1 ratio is required. I have maybe only 15 saws. Never counted them, but they all runout really nice. I also like the
40-1 ratios.

If you build a kit or buy a complete saw
I recommend changing the fuel and pulse
Line's for quality line's echo 6mm or stihl etc.
My china line's failed after a few weeks
I also trimmed most of the "g" off the circlips
Or used oem circlips
Some chain brakes are iffy
That's it the the only issue's I've had. here's 40/1 ra on a huztl cylinder kit.
Dripping with oil.
