Stihl 064

http://westmd.craigslist.org/tls/1414129608.html

This 064 chain saw is in very good running condition. It comes with a 24" bar and chain along with two more brand new chains. This is a professional model and will cut anything that grows. I have used it for years as my back up saw and for cutting up logs as it is a bit lighter than my 066. This saw new sells for over $1,000.

John Deere

http://toledo.craigslist.org/grd/1417612376.html

Identical to the ECHO Model CST-610 EVL. Very powerful and smooth. Rare large CC twin cylinder Chain saw.
John Deere version of an ECHO Classic. The front cylinder and plug is hidden inside the case. I removed the rubber plug so you can see the second plug in the photos.
That is a yard stick on top to show how large the saw is.

This starts easily and runs perfectly. Used only 2 seasons, acquired thru estate sale.

Possible Deal....

For you Central New-York Folks.... (maybe Albany area ones too....)

Its posted in the Want Ad Digest (www.wantaddigest.com). I cant direct link to it, since the site is a little funky... Do a search in the box at the top for "chainsaw". A few items down is just something listed as "440" that needs a tune up for the tidy sum of $200. Obviously its a huge YMMV, but could be a real deal for someone who knows saws....

Might be worth a look if someone is interested....

Silvey Razr 2 Square Tooth Grinder

http://sfbay.craigslist.org/nby/grd/1411133588.html.

Silvey Razr 2 Square Tooth Chain Grinder, This grinder has less than 2 hours total sharpening time on it. I bought it new with the stand. I paid $1299.00. I have a borazon wheel that I had built for the grinder, no more shaping or cleaning of a stone wheel. I paid $250.00 for that. The grinder is all there and in perfect shape.

Price seems alittle to steep for me, but thought I would pass it on

I don't really have the cash, I don't "need" it, and it's a long drive. Should I ?

If anyone here can go get that that saw I will pay them for their time. I want to give the saw to my father in law. He is a great guy that is still using a SEZ to cut wood for his outdoor stove. I am a Homelite guy but I will say he really needs a larger modern saw. He should be retired and kicking back traveling the world like his freinds but he is still in the machine shop 6-7 days a week. I would like to give hom a 044/046
