It took me all day and I cut my finger but it was worth it. the sound changed, now it has a ding ding ding. I forgot to take photos before doing it but here is the result. I used a screwdriver, hammer and pliers to open it. then with the dremel I removed the weld from the catalytic and shaped the steel that held the catalytic. and I closed it again
