I have both the 241 and 461 - and - like others have said... IMO, the 241 is a fantastic little saw and I find myself using it more and more not only to limb but to cut the small stuff.

The MS261 is a fantastic saw. I love the inboard clutch. No other 50cc saw can equal the filtration of the 261.

Air filtration IS the bomb. Other saw makers should take note.

They aren't a 346/550 but that Mtron sure has closed the gap with noticeable less weight and they handle well. I often find myself running it with one hand like a top handle.

I dont have a scale its handling is also because of the smaller chain and bar it just gives a finer control it is lighter too.

Used for its intended purpose you cant beat a 241 , i have a nice snellerized edition and a well used one , people say they are too close to a 346 in size and weight which may be accurate to the scale nazis ... but real life use says its way smaller and lighter otherwise which may have alot to do with the picco bar and chain , its much more capable than people give it credit for..yes its stupid expensive for a 40 cc saw that only appeals to a small group .. i dont regret buyin them at all.
