What sort of document is that from?

2.0 kw (or 2.8 hp) from 34cc obviously is free fantacy - there is no chance any stock saw will put out that much, and specially not an Echo or a Shindaiwa.

If you look at the other numbers that are mentioned there, you will notise a lot of unconsistensies - the whole thing is totally worthless for information purposes.

I'd look at the specs on the new ms251, or the 241.
